Why is everything free right now?
Castra is in open beta until hard launch (January 31, 2027). During that time every signed-in account gets the full Premium experience for free, with no ads. When the beta ends, the paid tiers above will unlock and the free limits will apply to free accounts.
What happens to my lists if I cancel?
Nothing is deleted, ever. All 60 of your lists stay readable, editable and printable. You just can't create new ones until your total is back under the free limit — so deleting one list out of 60 doesn't hand you a fresh slot.
How does the free campaign work?
Every account can create one campaign, once. Deleting it doesn't give you a new slot — that keeps the system from being farmed. Joining a campaign someone else runs is always unlimited and free.
Why is Supporter more expensive for the same thing?
Because some people want to fund the project more than €3 a month, and we refuse to sell advantage. Supporter buys recognition and early builds, never a better roster.
Taxes, invoices and refunds?
Billing runs through Paddle as the merchant of record, so VAT is handled correctly for your country and you get a proper invoice. EU customers keep their 14-day right of withdrawal, and you can cancel any time.
